Pechory is a small provincial town almost at the border with Estonia. The main landmark of the area is the Pskovo-Pechorsky Assumption Monastery of the 15th century. The beautiful nature and unique combination of stone and wooden architecture from different epochs create a unique atmosphere of the town.

The trains schedule on the route St. Petersburg - Pechory includes two departure times: the first train departs at 6:55 and arrives at 11:10, the second train departs at 13:40 and arrives at 17:55.

From Pechory to St. Petersburg trains are departing at 11:50 and at 18:35, with arrival time to St. Petersburg at 16:13 and 23:00 accordingly.

The train's route "St. Petersburg - Pskov" has been extended till Pechory on weekends. The launch of the speed trains, which has connected Pskovsky region with St. Petersburg, Novgorod and Karelia is a part of the strategy of elimination of the transportation isolation of the region.
