Russian Railways resume connection with several Eastern Europe countries
Passenger trains connecting Russia with Serbia and Bulgaria will be operationg starting from December, 13 2015. Direct car Moscow - Sofia and Moscow - Budapest will be included in train N 009/010 "Polonez". Train will pass Smolensk, Minsk, Brest, Warsaw, Bohumin, Bratislava and Belgrade on its way.
Direct car Moscow - Karlovy Vary - Cheb will start running on the 16th of December, it will be connected to train N 21/22 Moscow - Prague, according to updated schedule, it will be running two times a week.
New routes will be operated by modern comfortable cars produced by Tver Carriage Works in association with Siemens. Each compartment is equipped with 4 sleeping berths, electricity sockets, independent air conditioning, fold out table and a sink. Each carriage has 2 WCs, one of them with a shower.
