The Sapsan train became a venue of the TEDx Conference

Today, on board of the Sapsan train №760 from Moscow to St.Petersburg, for the first time has been held TEDxSalon.

The event has been organized with the joint efforts of Moscow's team TEDxPokrovkaSt with the support of OJSC "RZD". Approximately 50 people: participants, invited speakers, among whom are the Russian artist Alisa Ioffe, the architect, the city planner, and urbanist Alexey Komov, and the ambassador of art Evegeny Manzirev has gathered in the carriage №10.

Each speaker had an opportunity to share his/her experience for 18 minutes and present his/her idea worth of sharing and inspire others to follow. Within the conference framework also have been planned discussions, networking, and other activities.

TED (originates from Technology Entertainment Design) - it is a private fund, famous for its annual conferences, which are held since 1984. The mission of the conference consists of the distribution of unique ideas worth spreading. TEDx is a licensed "branch" of the TED format. The conferences TEDx are held globally since 2009, following the main principle of sharing the "ideas worth spreading".
